BOOKING & PAYMENT

Q: How do I book a property?

A: You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates, choosing a property, and completing secure checkout. Once payment is successfully processed, your reservation is confirmed automatically.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our booking system.

Q: Is a security deposit required?

A: A $500 security deposit may be required and is held as a pre-authorization. It is not charged unless damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning is required. If no issues are found, it is released within 3–7 days after checkout.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on scheduling.

Q: How do I check in?

A: All properties use keyless entry. You will receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival for a smooth self check-in process.

PROPERTY & AMENITIES

Q: What amenities are included?

A: All properties are fully furnished and include essentials such as Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, kitchen access, linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Full amenity details are listed on each property page. We recommend reviewing each property listing for full details before booking.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes, most properties include free on-site parking. Specific parking details are listed on each property page.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made 31–60 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Q: Can I change my booking dates?

A: Date changes may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

Q: Who do I contact if I have an issue during my stay?

A: Support is available during your stay. Contact details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Dogs are allowed at designated properties only. Pet rules and eligibility are listed on each property page.
