At DIP, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are four childhood brothers dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences in some of the most exciting cities. Get to know us:

Steven (27)
Steven brings a wealth of experience from his role as a sales engineer at Keyence Corporation. A former collegiate golfer at Le Moyne College, he enjoys staying active with gym workouts, basketball, and golf. With a knack for humor, Steven always has a joke up his sleeve. When not working or on the green, he cherishes family time at camp.

Michael (27)
With a background in finance as a consultant at McAdam Financial, Michael is a graduate of Syracuse University. Always eager to explore new interests, he's recently delved into fly fishing and learning the guitar. Michael appreciates winding down with a glass of red wine and a cigar, accompanied by classic tunes.

Patrick (31)
Patrick, a Marine Corps Captain and Coastal Carolina alumnus, brings leadership and dedication to DIP. Known for his competitive spirit on the golf course and as the campfire storyteller, Patrick ensures memorable moments with family and friends. His passion for sharing stories and experiences enriches the DIP journey.

Tyler (31)

Tyler is the newest member of Dog Island Properties and brings a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and adventure to the group. A former college baseball player and graduate of SUNY Cortland, Tyler now works at Conmed, where he sharpens his skills in the medical device field. When he's not working or contributing to the team, you’ll find him deep in the woods or out on the water — hunting and fishing are his bread and butter. His dog Remi is more than just a companion; he's his right-hand partner on nearly every outdoor trip. Tyler’s grit, loyalty, and love for the outdoors make him a natural fit in our family-run business.
